Emailing customer invoices off to a great start

Whitaker Oil is now emailing invoices to customers served by its Spartanburg, SC and Atlanta, GA locations. Customer acceptance has been very positive with over 80% of invoices being emailed at this time.
"This email effort saves time, eliminates postage and related mailing costs, and speeds delivery to customers", says Darlene Parker, Assistant Controller and head of Whitaker's green committee. "We have been emailing price letters and order confirmations for years whenever possible. This is our next step in efficiency, cost reduction and environmental awareness."
Plans are to include customers served by the Ocoee, FL location in the near future.
